Unlike Disney’s popular FROZEN, this new play
more closely follows the original Andersen fairy tale. Gerda and Kay are happy sisters until Kay,
falls victim to a broken magic mirror and mischievous Snow Sprites. Kay is taken by the Snow Queen, and Gerda
begins a long journey to find her sister.
Along the way she makes many friends including a mysterious girl in the
forest, a wandering knight, a royal princess, and a feisty robber maiden and
her gang of thieves. After encountering
the mighty Snow Queen, Gerda discovers her own powerful magic.
